  • Custom project fees (e.g., web design, development) are non-refundable once work has started.

4. Digital Products

For any digital tools, templates, or downloadable resources purchased via grothbridge.com, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital goods.
