2) What we collect

  • Identifiers & contact info: name, email, phone, company, role.
  • Commercial info: project details, service interests, proposals, invoices.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, session duration, clicks, referrer/UTM, approximate location, device/browser info, IP address.
  • Cookies & similar tech: first- and third-party cookies, local storage, pixels/SDKs.
  • User content: messages you send us (e.g., via forms, email, chat).
  • Job candidates: CV/resume, portfolio, work history, links.
  • Sources: directly from you; automatically via your device; and from service providers/partners (e.g., analytics, ad platforms).

3) Why we use your data & legal bases

We use personal information to:

When you submit a form, your data is processed by our form provider Web3Forms and routed securely to us by email/CRM. We have a data processing agreement where required.

  • Service providers/processors: hosting, analytics, email/CRM, form delivery (Web3Forms), payment, security, communications.
  • Professional advisors & authorities: as legally required.
  • Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (continued protection applies).

We don’t sell personal information for money. If we engage in “sharing” for cross-context advertising, we will provide a “Do Not Sell/Share” link.

8) International transfers

Where data is transferred outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses/UK IDTA).

9) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary. Typical periods: Marketing inquiries: 12–24 months. Client records: 6–10 years. Analytics: per cookie/tool settings.
